How fast do you actually get me a quote?

Most quotes are turned around within 4 business hours. Call and we'll often quote you right on the phone once we understand the scope. Text or send photos and we'll come back the same way — phone, text, or email — whichever is easiest for you. Business hours are Mon–Fri 7am–7pm.

What's the fastest way to get a quote?

A phone call is usually fastest. Most jobs we can scope and price right on the call. If you'd rather not talk, text a few photos and your address and we'll respond by text or email within 4 business hours. The form works too.

Do you ever need to come look in person?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. We do a free in-person site visit for complex removals near structures or power lines, and for any job where a phone conversation or photos leave real uncertainty. The visit is scheduled, not a door-knock.

What is your experience?

Do you do topping?

Accepted Answer

No. Topping (cutting a tree's main branches back to stubs) is condemned by the ISA and damages the tree's health, structure, and value. If a tree is too big for its location, we recommend proper crown reduction or removal — not topping.

Do you take a deposit?

Accepted Answer

No deposit. You pay when the work is done and you're satisfied. Crews that demand large up-front deposits before any work is a major industry red flag.

Will the price change after you start?

No. The quote we give you is the price, whether we gave it to you over the phone, by text, or by email. The only exception is if you ask us to do additional work mid-job, in which case we'll quote that addition before touching it.

What about cleanup?

All wood, brush, and debris are hauled off as part of the quoted price unless you've asked us to leave the rounds for firewood. We also blow down the work area before we leave — your property, all clear.

Can you handle eucalyptus and palm work?

Yes. Red gum eucalyptus and Mexican fan palms are two of the most common (and most fire-prone) species in the Murrieta area. We trim and remove them weekly using utility-grade rigging.
